9 DAYS / 8 NIGHTS SPECIAL HONEYMOON SAFARI- KENYA AND TANZANIADay 1 – Masai Mara- You will be picked from your hotel at 8:00 am (after your breakfast) and be driven across the floor of The Great Rift Valley, the longest rift in the crust of the earth, to Masai Mara. You will spend two full days in this natural paradise among zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, buffalo, elephant, antelope and gazelle. You will encounter prides of lion resting in the shade of acacia trees or lying low in the tall grass, in wait for their next prey. There is a good chance of spotting cheetah and if you are lucky, the shy leopard. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa honeymoon suite complete with flowers, basket of fruits and a bottle of sparkling wine.

Day 2 –  Masai Mara- Early morning game viewing before breakfast and again in the late afternoon, with lunch and siesta at the lodge. In the evening it is time to enjoy a massage and the hotels spa as you get ready to indulge in a bush dinner just the two of you. All meals and overnight in the Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 3 – Lake Nakuru- After breakfast, commencing your safari with a pleasant drive to your lodge situated on the shores of Lake Nakuru. This is one of the many beautiful Rift Valley Lakes, and home to thousands of flamingos and other bird and animal life. Afternoon game viewing. Lunch and dinner at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 4 – Lake Naivasha- Depart and drive to Lake Naivasha, one of the leading Ornithological sites in Kenya. Take a boat ride just the two of you on the Lake in the afternoon to the Crescent Island. It is one of the few places in Africa where you can wonder on foot among zebra, wildebeest, gazelle and giraffe. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Lodge.

Day 5 – Amboseli-Leave Naivash early in the morning and drive through the Masai Country to Amboseli National Park via Nairobi. Lunch and time to rest at your lodge, before spending the afternoon game viewing amongst herds of zebra, impala, Thompson gazelle, elephants, giraffe and many other species of Savannah game. Dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge.

Day 6- Amboseli- Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drive with a magnificent view of Mt. Kilimanjaro. All meals and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge.

Day 7 – Ngorongoro Crater-Tanzania- Leave Amboseli early in the morning and drive to Namanga, at the border of Kenya and Tanzania. After lunch in Arusha continue to your next lodge on the rim of Ngorongoro with a magnificent view of the crater stretching away below your feet. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge.

Day 8-  Ngorongoro Crater- A full day exploring the crater floor. At noon when the animals seek shade and rest, it is time to stop for a picnic lunch and a rest. Return to your lodge late in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge.

Day 9 –  Nairobi- After breakfast return to Nairobi via Arusha and Namanga arriving in the afternoon.  After last minute shopping you will be transfered to the airport for your outbound flight back home.
